Using Avorlyna
Avorlyna is a travel planning and booking platform for hotels, flights and car rentals. By using its services, you agree to use the platform lawfully and to follow the terms shown for the actions you take. Some tools require an account.
Your account and authority
Provide accurate information and protect your password and security PIN. You are responsible for the information and instructions you submit. When acting for another traveller, make sure you have their authority and that the relevant details match their travel documents.
Public planning tools
The homepage planning form provides a trip summary and service guidance. It does not check live availability, process a travel payment or issue a reservation. Public guides provide general planning information; verify current conditions with the relevant provider.
Travel providers
Unless an offer expressly identifies Avorlyna as the direct service provider, the accommodation, flight or vehicle is delivered by the named independent supplier. The booking flow and confirmation should identify the provider and the conditions attached to the offer.
Prices and availability
Prices, inventory, currencies and payment methods depend on the provider and may change before confirmation. Review the full amount, charged currency, inclusions, taxes, deposits and any amounts payable later. A currency conversion shown for convenience may differ from the amount charged by your payment provider.
Booking confirmation
Submitting details, creating an account entry or making a payment does not by itself confirm a travel reservation. Check for a confirmation, ticket or voucher from the relevant provider, including its reference. Review traveller names, dates, airports, property or vehicle details and contact support promptly if something is wrong.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
The conditions for the selected room, fare or rental govern changes, cancellations and no-shows. A request is not completed until the responsible provider accepts or processes it. Charges and refund timing vary by the provider and payment method; retain the reference and confirmation of any change.
Travel and collection requirements
Check passport, entry, transit, driving-licence, age and payment-card requirements with authoritative sources and the relevant supplier. Allow time for airport transfers, check-in, vehicle collection and return. You are responsible for meeting the requirements attached to your arrangement.
Account payments and records
Use only the payment method and network displayed for the account action you intend to take. Account payments, balances and activity records follow the terms and security controls shown in the member workspace. Do not treat an account transaction as a supplier-confirmed travel booking.
Acceptable use and content
Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading details, interfere with the service, seek unauthorised access or use the platform for unlawful activity. Respect the rights of others when submitting content. Avorlyna branding and site content may not be presented as your own without permission.
Service changes and responsibility
Travel information and supplier operations can change. We may update platform tools or these terms as the service develops. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Review the current terms and the specific supplier conditions before committing.
